Happy Resurrection Day!! He is Alive!!
I planted some peppers today :)
My mom called me this morning to ask me if I knew how to make Matzah Bread for communion at her church, so I give her the recipe (2 cups of white flour, 1 cup of wheat flour, 3/4 cup of olive oil, 3/4 of water, 1 teaspoon of salt; mix the dry ingredients first then add the oil, add the oil and knead it into the flour, gradually knead the water into the dough until is no longer sticky. Divide the dough in sizes of an egg and flatten them with a rolling pin until they are about 1/2" thick and put them on a greased baking tray. Cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy, like a dry cracker). Then she called me again later and told me they turned out good :)
My husband came home early, comparing to other days, which is fine and fun, however I was on the middle of finishing my new shoe clips. So I did, finished them and
we prepared dinner. Some small red potatoes with bacon bits garlic and red onions, and meat with fresh rosemary and Mexican sage; and garlic cheese bread. It was a delicious meal! We are full now!
Then, I finally had time to take the pictures of my new "Red Couture Shoe Clips", and post them on my etsy shop (http://sofisticata.etsy.com). I hope you like them :)
